Temperature and hygrometry control in climatic chambers is crucial to guaranteeing the quality of stored sensitive products. GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) require constant monitoring with alarm systems.
Each type of climatic chamber has its own specific temperature and hygrometry requirements. Sauermann offers a range of adapted solutions, including a wide variety of data loggers and transmitters for precisely monitoring these parameters.

Continuous monitoring
The climatic stability of the enclosures is influenced by external factors and door openings. It therefore requires precise temperature and hygrometry monitoring, provided by Kimo instruments that alert operators to any deviation.
Kimo's extensive range of transmitters can be positioned outside the enclosure with a remote sensor combining temperature and humidity. Data is displayed and transmitted in real time to the monitoring system, via analog or digital signals or programmable electrical contacts.
Si-C320
For clean rooms, regulated environments and industrial VAC applications where a perfect regulation/monitoring of the air parameters is needed, our Si-C320 transmitters provide reliable measurements and allow you to achieve compliance with the strictest regulations.
The Si-C320 housing is waterproof, rugged and resistant to vaporised hydrogen peroxide (VHP). It also features a colour touch screen for comprehensive viewing and advanced control of measurement parameters.
In addition, measurements can be recorded and downloaded via the Sauermann Control application/software.
TH 210-R
Kimo’s TH 210-R measures humidity and temperature including 0 to 100 % RH and -20 to +80°C (ambient model), -20 to +80°C (pc remote probe), and -40 to +180°C (stainless steel remote probe).
Si-CPE320
For clean rooms applications, the Si-CPE320 transmitter is flush mountable to avoid disturbing the working environment. It is equipped with a highgrade stainless-steel waterproof front panel with an integrated touch screen.
Equipped with the same technologies as the Si-C320, this panelmounted version provides state-of-the-art reliability and accuracy.
In addition, measurements can be recorded and downloaded via the Sauermann Control application/software.

Data logging
Data logging
Data recording and archiving are essential for audits, as well as for observing and studying the behaviour of climatic chambers. They help minimize incidents linked to variations in temperature or humidity.
The Sauermann and Kimo recording solutions offer autonomous monitoring of these parameters over long periods, with alerts in the event of variations. They provide a complete history in the form of graphs or tables of values, to create detailed reports on their operation.

Need quick access to data but don’t want to remove the logger from its location? The KT 320 Multi-Function Data Logger utilizes wireless connection via the Kistock Mobile app which allows for connection between the logger and a smartphone or tablet. It can also measure up to five recordable parameters simultaneously.
