Il Gruppo Sauermann Cresce Con L’acquisizione Dei Distributori Kimo in Spagna ed in Italia
ll Gruppo Sauermann ha consolidato la sua posizione nei mercati europei dell’HVAC e dell’industria acquisendo due importanti distributori nel Sud Europa.Â
L’acquisto di KI srl, perfezionato nel Maggio 2016 e di Adrover Instruments S.L in Spagna, chiuso la settimana scorsa, fornisce una solida base operazionale con gli uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Bologna e Milano. La filiale spagnola si chiamerà ‘Sauermann Iberica Pumps and Instruments.’
The purchase of Ki Srl in Italy, finalized in May 2016, and Adrover Instruments S.L in Spain, completed last week, provides a strong base of operations for Sauermann in the region with established offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Bologna and Milan. The Spanish subsidiary will be renamed ‘Sauermann Iberica Pumps and Instruments.’

The Sauermann Group acquired Kimo, the French market leader for measurement instruments, in July 2015 and will continue to expand operations in this field.
