A manostat is a pressure gauge which has a switch inside its casing.
Pressure sensors, transducers and transmitters are stationary pressure gauges designed to continuously monitor atmospheric pressure, gas pressure, or differential pressure by comparing two simultaneous pressure measurements. Very often in the field of ventilation, the pressure measurement of manometers is exploited to measure the flow rate and velocity of an air stream, using a Pitot tube or a DEBIMO wing.
Kimo’s CP 210-R measures air velocity, airflow & pressure and is ideal for use in industrial and pharmaceutical applications.
The CP 111 / 112 / 113 measure differential pressure from -100/+100 Pa to -10,000/+10,000 Pa (according to models).
