Digital Manifolds: Sauermann Launches its New Generation Range

Two new manifolds, their probes and connected accessories come onto the market, equipped with the latest technologies.
Sauermann is launching two new digital manifolds, along with the necessary sensors and accessories, for working on all types of installations using refrigerant: heat pumps, air conditioning, refrigeration and reversible systems, across all sectors from domestic to industrial.

These Si-RM350 and Si-RM450 manifolds are designed to be the most versatile on the market. The entire range also enables the safe handling of flammable refrigerant gases (A2L and A3). In addition, they are supported by a range of digital technologies offering the user easy operation and full diagnostics at a glance.
All the necessary wired and wireless probes come with these manifolds for measuring temperatures, pressures and vacuum, as well as psychrometric air parameters (indoor, outdoor and in ducts). These peripherals incorporate the latest innovations in the sector, including a stable wireless connection up to 100 m (328 ft) away, and temperature probes equipped with a new parrot-beak-shaped clamp that ensures optimal contact on pipes from 6 to 42 mm (0.2 to 1.7 inches).
The range also includes a connected tool environment such as a load scale and several vacuum pumps to cover all interventions by refrigeration, air conditioning and heating professionals: commissioning, inspection and maintenance.
These tools are interconnected with the manifolds, but also with a free application available for Android and iOS, called Sauermann Pilot. This unified application displays measurements in real time, remotely controls and configures instruments, records measurement campaigns and allows for their in-depth analysis. It also manages customer data and automatically generates reports complying with local regulations.
The manifolds and their probes are manufactured in France at Sauermann's site in Montpon-Ménestérol, which houses the company's R&D and manufacturing lines, as well as its advanced metrology laboratories.
