Q: When my Si-10 pump is running, water is coming out of the vent hose.

A: When testing, I am flooding the detection unit chamber.

Q: Why is my Si-10 float sinking?

A: We have experienced some issues in recent months. After analysis we have determined that the strength of the acetone in air conditioning cleaning materials are effecting the floats. We do clearly instruct in our manual that pumps should be disconnected prior to cleaning systems to mainly stop dirt and grime being transferred from system into piston pump but in reality it doesn’t happen. In January 2020 the material of the float was changed in order to accept a high strength acetone.

Q: How do I wire the safety on the Si-30/Si-10/Delta Pack?

A: Wire one of the alarm circuit wires to the neutral on the fan coils, put the other alarm circuit wire into a connector block with the neutral (blue) wire from the power cord, connect the live (brown) wire from the power cord to the live connection on the fan coil and also wire the earth wire from the power cord to the earth connection on the fan coil. Wiring diagrams can be found on the product page.
